Baddesley Clinton is a 15th Century moated manor house whose layout was shaped by an earlier medieval farmstead. Built in stages through the 15th and 16th Centuries, it was later extensively altered by the Ferrers family, Catholic recusants who owned it from 1517. Baddesley had thick walls, a moat and priest hole which made it a refuge for persecuted Catholics during the 16th Century. It has been owned by the National Trust since 1980.
The British Motor Museum houses the largest collection of British cars from the classic Jaguar to the original mini.
